    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. It is true the Hon. Member came for the meeting this morning. We explained to the Hon. Member, including other hon. Members who have already asked questions that the Cabinet Secretary was not going to be available today and already, had asked for a date which is 5th July 2018. We agreed with the Hon. Member that he comes on that day, together with other Hon. Members. I also had a chance to console the family for the child who was shot. The CS is attending a Northern Corridor Integration Projects Summit (NCIPS) at Safari Park Hotel. He was not able to come. He apologised for not being able to attend the meeting this morning. We are going to answer the Questions on 5th July 2018, when the CS will be here."
