    "content": "Finally, I think Hon. Matiang’i is getting used to this. He is the Cabinet Secretary that refused to appear in court. I think he has undermined one out of the three arms of Government, the Judiciary. Now that he is done with the Judiciary, he is targeting another arm of Government, which is the Legislature. Probably, the next person he will undermine is the appointing authority, the Executive. I think he needs to be dealt with."
