    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I thank the Chair because he has assured this House that he lifted the contents of this Bill from the Report of the Committee on Supply. I want him to assure this House that this Bill does not have any errors. In the event that errors are found, we will assume that they were deliberate. That will be against the law and he should bear full responsibility. We also need to give guidance because we live in a country where errors are occasioned. We want assurance that there are no errors in this document."
