"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. There is nothing much to say about this because the objective of this Bill is just to authorise that withdrawal from the Consolidated Fund. We have been following keenly to see whether it is in line with what was in the Committee of Supply. This is where some bit of mischief comes in. I was particularly keen on the allocation to the National Youth Service (NYS). It has been confirmed that the amount that we allocated for the roads is there. We dealt with this in the Committee of Supply. There is nothing much to say.
