    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this amendment. I support the amendment. I am a Member of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I remember when we allocated the money to other functions, we were not very clear exactly where the money was going, but it was later on made clear to us through that communication. I would like to propose that in future we look for a way of clearing the debt altogether so that we do not keep on paying for it at an interest rate of 14 per cent.
