    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Time has come to get rid of white elephants in our country. There are many projects the Government has started and have either stalled or have been forgotten and are going to waste. This is what is exactly happening to this mall. I remember in the last Parliament I was a Member of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources under whose docket the Lake Basin Development Authority falls. The mall was discussed many times because the contractor had finished his work but could not hand over the project because there was some payment to be done. If we now let the mall to be sold in an auction, we shall fail in our duties."
