You are right to speak, but you do not have to tell us whether you are a member of the Committee. Being a member of the Committee, this is your asset. It is not the chairperson’s committee or report. So even if we do not give every member of the Committee an opportunity, it is an asset of the House as it was presented and moved by the Chair. So it is a debate by the House; every Member is free to debate."
