    "content": "It is shocking that the title deeds of this piece of land were not even provided when previously the same piece of land was sold to the Government. Apparently, Kshs4.7 billion was paid for the General Service Unit land and even on that one, the title deeds were not provided. I hear that the intention of not doing this is because there was fear of subdivision which obviously means that part of that land would be lost. However, it is important to note that the law has to be followed. When it is a huge chunk of land and it is going to be used, it has to be subdivided so that public utilities can be made available."
