    "content": "Apparently, the school had occupied this land for 33 years uninterrupted. Obviously, that means that by law the land already belonged to the school. How, again, is the Government making payments for land that has been adversely acquired because of the law? It is clear that there was a plan. These plans are the ones that this House needs to address itself to."
