We have rules here in Parliament and a petition has been given a duration of 60 days notwithstanding the methodology that was used. This Report was supposed to have been completed within the 60 days. It is an outcry from the public. I do not know why the Committee took as long as five months to table this report and yet they were not required to travel anywhere outside the country."
