There was no way you can raise a point of order on yourself. I was just reminding Members. This is an order they need to go and read for themselves. You are right in what you are saying. I was informing you on what you can substantiate and who you can refer to or not in future. It was just for information as you debate this Report. The Leader of the Minority Party is very well informed on what to do and what not to do. This was a directive from the Chair for Members to go and read for their own sake and know at what point we raise such issues. No one stood on your debate. I am just trying to remind Members on where to find information in future. Hon. Wanga."
