    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to contribute to this Motion and support it. I want to inform the House that what we are discussing are matters of land. We gave ourselves a new Constitution in 2010 because we had serious problems with land matters in the old system as provided for in the old Constitution.
