    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Hon. Member who has brought this Motion. As we speak about violations of rights of our fellow Members, in other parts of Kenya such as my constituency, we have police officers’ rights being violated by armed civilians. It is unfortunate that in developed parts of Kenya for political reasons, hundreds of policemen are sent to arrest Hon. Members while in a constituency such as mine, very few police officers who are ill equipped are sent to deal with cattle rustlers."
