    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. If murder is bailable, what is not? We have witnessed a return to the Nyayo era of settlement of scores and people trying to muscle out each other, especially Members of Parliament. Therefore, those arbitrary arrests must stop. Those people making arrests should be summoned to Parliament to explain why they are doing so. It is high time Parliament demanded a list of those who have been arrested and denied bail so that we know how many they are. There are so many Kenyans who are suffering out there."
