    "content": "efforts to resolve the matters have been futile; THAT, the matter presented in this petition is not pending before any court of law, constitutional or legal body; Therefore, your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources: 1. Prevails on the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources through Kenya Wildlife Service to ensure that an electric fence is put up around Meru National Park, along the Ura River where it borders Tharaka Constituency; 2. Kenya Wildlife Service compensates in full all those adversely affected by the human-wildlife conflict in the region including and not limited to those beaten by snakes.
