Members, before we proceed to allow Members to make comments on the two petitions, allow me to recognise the presence of pupils from Pupils’ Reward Scheme (PURES) State House, Dagoretti North Constituency, Nairobi County in the Speaker’s Gallery and the 995 students and five teachers from Kilalai Secondary School, Igembe South Constituency, Meru County and those from Utumishi Academy, Gilgil Constituency, Nakuru County in the Public Gallery.
