    "content": "As the Leader of the Majority Party has said and the position taken by the National Treasury, we should not be seen to be overgenerous with tax incentives to the Special Economic Zones. They are already enjoying a lot of benefits for operating in those zones. Therefore, it makes a lot of sense to share the gain with those investing in the power sector. Even those within the Special Economic Zones will still enjoy the low cost of power that will be produced under this proposed amendment by the Chair."
