I am equally concerned on this because unless you say that the valuers are prequalified in the ministries concerned, this is subject to misuse. If you open it to everybody in the market, people will be opening offices and calling themselves valuers. Some of the valuers may go ahead to steal people’s land. There is need for the Chair to amend or provide a clear picture on this. We need to know whether private valuers are prequalified in the Government funds before they are given opportunity to work on this exercise."
