    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The essence of this new provision is to open up space for private surveyors and valuers to participate in the Big Four Agenda in terms of housing. You realise that in this housing component, many people will be involved through public private partnerships (PPPs) and investors from outside. Limiting the 500,000 houses to only 44 Government valuers and you know how bureaucratic our system is, means that it is going to be very slow. So, we are simply saying that if we have private auditors working for the Government, we should also have private surveyors and valuers working in Government projects."
