Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended- (3) in the proposed amendments to the Value Added Tax Act, 2013— (a) in section A of Part I of the First Schedule — (aa) by deleting the proposed new— (i) paragraph 94; (ii) paragraph 95; (iii) paragraph100; (iv)paragraph101; (v) paragraph102; (vi) paragraph 104 and (vii) paragraph 107. (bb) by deleting the expression “ordinary bread” appearing in the proposed new paragraph 103;"
