Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended- (b) in Part A of the Second Schedule- (aa) by deleting the proposed amendments to— (i) paragraph 11. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this amendment on the Second Schedule is meant to harmonise what we deleted under the First Schedule. Therefore, I am proposing to delete Paragraph 11 to harmonise with the First Schedule. This is basically to harmonise the Bill after we amended the First Schedule."
