"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, recognizing that the Assistant Minister is a Member of Parliament for Nairobi, I would like her to tell us whether there is a point of continuing to pay lip service to slum dwellers of Nairobi by saying that she is providing housing for them when she has said that the national budget is Kshs750 million and yet, we know that there was a house being built for the Vice-President that surpassed that amount and it is not complete? Surely, can she not â because she is also a Member of Parliament from Nairobi â say that the Ministry of Housing cannot deliver on the objectives that it was created for?"
