    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Let me thank my brother, Hon. Mutunga for bringing this Petition. This Petition is timely and will cure a lot of problems we have with students, particularly those who may not be in a good state of mind when they are doing their exams. They could be bereaved, sick or have other problems. Whatever grades they get may not be commensurate with their ability and, in the process, they get frustrated. If this Petition is pursued and those grades are lowered, there are students who might not have made it for one reason or the other, but could get a chance to pick up from where they left. I support."
