    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to comment on this Petition. It is a very important Petition and it is timely. I believe this Committee will be able to handle this matter within 60 days, as Hon. Chris has said, because we have many students in our constituencies who got C and they are not being placed even in teacher training colleges. Last week we also read in the newspapers that the Kenya Medical Training Colleges have challenges with having enough students to admit to their colleges. So, it is a matter that is affecting us within our constituencies and it is important that it be concluded as fast as possible, so that those students can be placed in institutions of higher learning within the shortest time possible. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
