Just to inform the House, midway during debate on this Motion an amendment was introduced and some of us only spoke on the amendment. I sought the permission of the Chair to speak on the amendment and then the main Motion because speaking on the amendment did not make me lose my organic jurisdiction to speak to the main Motion. So, I would wish that you guide us on that given that I did not speak on the main Motion. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
