    "content": "Key requirements in the smooth transfer of staff to county governments are needed. This Bill is very important in terms of safeguarding the interests of the members of staff in the county governments, so that they can benefit in their remuneration, allowances and pensions. That is why I want to tell my colleagues, hon. Members, and the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning that, together, we can bring the necessary amendments to make sure that this law is in place, so that we safeguard the interests of the staff who work in the county governments."
