    "content": "What are the functions of the custodian? We do not want to have duplication of functions. We have said the functions of the fund manager and now we are going to spell out the functions of the custodian of the fund. The custodian has been defined in Clause 24 of the Bill. His function is to receive the total contributions remitted by employers and members. He is also to inform the administrator and the fund manager of such receipt once he receives the money.
