As the Leader of the Minority Party has said, after the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution, the former mayors should have been compensated. There is LAPFUND and LAPTRUST. LAPFUND is a State corporation while LAPTRUST is private. We will harmonise and manage all the retirement benefits."
