    "content": "I want to agree with what Hon. Mbadi said on the composition of the board. It is important to have a representative from the National Treasury. When I looked at these provisions, I did not see any which provides for the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury. In the Committee of the whole House, we will propose amendments so that, at least, there is representation of the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury.
