As I support it, I would like to commend the presentation in a very elaborate way of ensuring that we can take care of employees in the counties. I want to draw your attention to three particular issues. One, it is with regard to Clause 2 where we are clearly talking about dependants. I want to commend that it is extensively indicating towards who the dependants are."
