"content": "Unfortunately, the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning is not going to be bought by anybody and I speak for all of us. We shall not be bought. We shall do what is right and we will do it for the interest of this country. If you put the LAPFUND and the LAPTRUST together, it will become the largest pension fund next to the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). The problems we have had with the NSSF will go this way.
