    "content": "I want to make it clear that I will be bringing an amendment to this Bill. This country has about 6 million Kenyans living with disability. If we are not going to set systems straight from the word go, the composition in this Bill will not be achieved. The Bill forms the board of trustees where we are going to be drawing members from the CoG, the Public Service Board, county assemblies and trade unions.
