    "content": "Allow me therefore, to guide the House that, pursuant to provisions of Standing Orders No. 227(1) this Petition stands committed to the Departmental Committees on Environment and Natural Resources and Lands for joint consideration. The Committees should guide the House by way of a Report on whether the Petition satisfies the requirements of Section 34 of the Forest Conservation and Land Management Act, 2016, relating to the grounds for variation of the boundaries of a public forest, having ensured sufficient public participation with relevant stakeholders as required by the law."
