    "content": "your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare: - (i) Investigates the circumstances under which there are disparities in payment of hardship allowances for public servants in Tharaka South Sub-County, Tharaka North Sub-County and Igambang’ombe Sub-County; (ii) Recommends that the Salaries and Remuneration Commission harmonizes payment of hardship allowances for public servants in the three sub-counties; (iii) Recommends that the Public Service Commission pays hardship allowances arrears to public servants stationed in Tharaka South Sub-County, Tharaka North Sub-County and IgambaNg’ombe Sub-County as necessary; and (iv) Makes any other direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case for the benefit of the public servants in the three sub-counties aforesaid."
