I, the undersigned, on behalf of a resident of Kikuyu Constituency, Kiambu County, draw the attention of the House to the following: THAT, one Mr. Evans Wangendo, purchased a quarter acre piece of land, plot number T.152 in Ruthigiti Sub-location in 1986 from the original owner of the land, a Mr. Mbuthi Mungai, who is now deceased; THAT, this land was part of a settlement scheme in a former colonial village which was allocated to individuals who were living there at the time, including the Mungai family who sold the land to Mr Wangendo without objection; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
