    "content": "Hon. Members, the question sought by Hon. Lesuuda has many faces. Members have said it cannot go to one Committee because it almost touches five or so Committees. We determine that in any event, even if it went to 10 Committees, we are not taking the expert advice of Hon. Pukose or Nyikal. No Member can examine or taste it like I have heard others saying. We should zero-in on the two Committees and agree so that they can respond to the issues raised by Hon. Lesuuda, which are quite a number. More importantly, is whether the commodity in the market is safe for human consumption. This is the primary concern as many of you have contributed."
