In the normal way of doing things, when you are giving Members an opportunity to contribute, you consider the geographical area. We are about to end this discussion. Member for Wajir North, sugar is consumed in almost every corner of this Republic. It is not about Members from the sugarcane growing areas. That is why I told the Member for Mumias East not to contribute."
