"content": "The Standing Order says “once the House has resolved”. It does not say that the President has assented to it. It says we have resolved affirmative or negative. So, are we going to make another resolution within six months, before the six months end? I know that resolution can occur with the concurrence of the Hon. Speaker. If he gives the go ahead for that to be made, it is fine, but it should be explicitly clear that the National Assembly has expressly allowed this House to make another resolution on the same issue."
