It is for good order and for facilitating this House’s participation in the collection of taxes. I hope I have clarified a number of the things. I needed to say that the Committee of Ways and Means, which the Member asked about, is a committee of the whole House. They are only two and it is within the Commonwealth system that we have a Committee of Supply, which deals with the estimates on the expenditure side, and the Committee of Ways and Means, which then provides the ways and means of financing those expenditures.
