Pursuant to Standing Order No. 46(2)(a), I rise to make a Statement on the prevailing insecurity situation in Isiolo County and to state that- (1) The County has been affected by inter-communal disputes and violence over boundaries, land and grazing rights and cattle rustling has been a major feature of that violence."
