    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I said that if you open it to merchants and traders, it will compromise the standards that we require from the Public Roads Standards Board. Let us keep it that way just like we require lawyers in the legal profession. In the roads profession, particularly for that board, let us leave it to the engineers as it is because we must make laws for posterity that will protect the institutions that we represent as a House.
