    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government in respect of a plot next to scouts office, Embu Town. This plot was allocated to the Office of the Vice-President and Ministry of Home Affairs, Embu Prisons which constructed a house on the plot. The Municipal Council of Embu without any council resolution demolished the house a few weeks ago and efforts to get a clarification from the municipality were not successful. The demolished building was a Government property? Is this not malicious damage? If so, has any person or officer been charged with the offense? If the plot was allocated to a private developer, who will compensate Embu Prisons? Who is the new owner? When was the transfer done?"
