    "content": "They are in the “sky team;” they want to fly and the road is down there. How do you know about the road when you have never travelled on these bad roads? You give a contract to some funny guys who have never trained as engineers or surveyors. The so- called construction companies have certificates of engineers and surveyors, yet none of these professionals work for them. Pedestrians go and do roads and then we expect something will work out? This system of doing things in this country should change. To use the words of Sen. Omogeni, I protest!
