    "content": "This happens because people at the center do not see it as a priority, yet Kenyans continue to suffer weekend in, weekend out. The best way to solve this is by devolving the money. It should be sent to the counties, so that they can identify the priority areas. They know where people get stuck and that is how we will solve this menace. With those very many remarks, I protest just like the rest of my colleagues."
