    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. If you recall, last week, Mr. Lekuton requested the Minister for Water and Irrigation to issue a Ministerial Statement in connection with the damming of River Omo which is affecting the water flow to Lake Turkana with an ecosystem affecting livelihoods of about one million inhabitants across the eastern and the western side of the lake. The Minister assured this House that she will issue the Ministerial Statement on Tuesday but on further reflection, she requested for Thursday which is today."
