    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, before the next Order is called and we go into the Committee of the Whole House, looking at the Order Paper, you will notice that we are seeking to debate the Mutual Legal Assistance Bill, No. 5 of 2009. That is the first Order in the Committee of the Whole House. My fear is that this Bill coming for debate in this era of new dispensation runs the risk of this House passing a law that is, on the very face of it, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of the Constitution that we have just enacted recently. We would be setting a very, very dangerous precedent. I have indicated this to the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs and he is aware of what I am raising."
