"content": "Government may not be convinced. It will not be able to implement the Motion. It would be good as the Leadership of the House to look for how we can comply with Article 114 of the Constitution where the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury needs to be brought on board and also satisfy Article 95 of the Constitution where we are the people’s representatives. We should not pass Motions in vain. We should pass those that can be implemented."
