    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I support what the Leader of the Majority Party said in terms of Motions. What has raised concern since the beginning of the 12th Parliament is that on Wednesday, we have not had Private Members Bills. We have been discussing Private Members’ Motions which urge the Government to do something. These will not be effective. So, the House Business Committee should slot in Private Members’ Bills in the Order Paper. I have a Bill on Kenya Food and Drug Authority which has not been slotted for discussion. There are other Members who have drafted Bills and they are waiting for them to be slotted in the Order Paper. The HBC needs to consider Members’ Bills, so that we can have Motions and Bills. We will ask the Members to come up with Motions that can be implemented."
