    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I only have two comments to make regarding this issue. I believe that when HBC sits and agrees on what should come on the Order Paper. It should also consider the language that has been used. I believe that the House knows that we have a draft team or a department in Parliament. Before we resolve a Motion, we have to bring it to the House first and then the House looks at it and makes a decision."
