The truth of the matter is that these people are away from their country and families for a long time on a matter where it is clear there is no offence at all, yet they are arrested. Most of the time, they are taken around, tortured and eventually released far away from where they were arrested in the territory of the country. Now that the boarder is clear, it is only fair that this matter be finalised once and for all and the two countries engage. The two Cabinet Secretaries in charge of foreign affairs need to engage. When we are doing the East African briefings, these matters should come back so that it is resolved once and for all."
